Lambert Landscape Co. realigns staff

|

Lambert Landscape Co., a residential design/build firm in Dallas, is reorganizing its staff.

COO Theresa Austin is leading the realignment, which was initiated last year to transform the 95-year old company for its second century.

“We’ve made important strides, but there is more to do,” Austin said. “Technological developments, economic conditions and market shifts mean that we regularly have to sharpen our position to remain performance-based and serve and support everything our clients need. One of the measures of our longevity is in our ability to stay fresh and relevant. This means continuously improving, learning, and changing to keep moving in the right direction.”

Jodi Joseph transitioned to a new position as director of construction services. She will oversee the management of all landscape construction projects, including the implementation of processes and procedures for design/build.

Chris Jones, Beth Lewis and Kathleen Rigodonzo, all with green industry experience, joined Lambert’s as production managers. They will oversee garden crews and be responsible for technical perfection and horticultural execution.

Keith Jenkins was named Lambert’s garden service manager with client responsibilities.

Kelley Jackson joined Lambert’s as a client service representative for Lambert’s sister company, Moore Tree Care.

“Having the right team in place and front-line staff who are organized for speed and service and who can balance client needs and business imperatives, solve problems quickly and with more real-time tools than in the past, is our greatest priority,” said Jud Griggs, director of sales and marketing for Lambert’s.
