Check out a few of the places where the LM team made its rounds last month.

1. Guests of the nest At the 2019 Home Depot Backyard event, not only did we have the chance to test out some equipment, but we also got an exclusive look inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium, home of the NFL Atlanta Falcons and MLS Atlanta United teams.

2. Top-notch team ASV Holdings hosted members of the media for a factory tour and test-track demo at its Grand Rapids, Minn.-headquarters. A few of the ASV team members include (from left to right) Buck Storlie, Nick Schrapp, Justin Rupar, Clem Moger, Regan Meyer and Cathy Mann.

3. A little dirt never hurt LM’s Jake Goodman gets a machine rundown from an ASV staff member at the company’s test track before trying out the RT-65 in some muddy conditions. At the media event, the company unveiled the VT-70 High Output posi-track loader.

4. Mickelson meets MacGregor While at the annual Turf and Ornamental Communicators Association meeting in Charlotte, N.C., the LM team visited Quail Hollow Club for the 2019 Wells Fargo Championship, where Associate Publisher Craig MacGregor rubbed elbows with Lefty himself, Phil Mickelson.

5. Ivy talks turf At the 2019 National Collegiate Landscape Competition in Colorado, LM Editor-in-Chief Seth Jones gets the scoop on the event from NC State University’s Lee Ivy (right).

6. TOCA triumph LM convened with fellow green industry media and companies in Charlotte for the TOCA annual meeting. We took home more than just the sweet T-shirts you see here — see a list of publishing and design awards LM won this year here.
