Atlanta- based pest control company Orkin has extended its services by obtaining Lawn & Ornamental Green Services also known as Green Plus based in Southern Florida. Terms were not disclossed.

“We look forward to expanding Orkin’s lawn care business in Florida with the acquisition of a dynamic company like Green Plus,” said J.R. Rodriguez, senior region manager for Orkin. “The Irwin’s have a well-run business, and we welcome all of the company’s well-tenured employees and customers.”

Customers of Green Plus will transition over to Orkin within the year.
