Bedford Hills, N.Y.- based SavATree merged with Indianapolis-based Ping’s Tree Service.

Founded by Phil Ping in 1973, Ping’s Tree Service was the largest privately owned and operated tree care service company in central Indiana. Services include tree preservation and care, pruning, removals, plant health care and professional lawn care.

This acquisition marks SavATree’s second Indiana location. In December 2019, SavATree merged with Vine & Branch of Carmel, Ind. Ping’s and Vine & Branch will combine teams, fleets and offices. Ping’s daughter, Lisa Daugherty, will lead the newly combined teams.
