Prescription Landscape, in St. Paul, Minn., acquired Clearwater Irrigation and Water Management, Chanhassen, Minn., a residential irrigation and water management service provider.

Clearwater Irrigation said it will continue to operate as a division of Prescription Landscape for the foreseeable future.
