The Bruce Co. of Wisconsin acquired Landscape Care Co. in Verona, Wis. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With $24,456,500 in 2014 revenue, The Bruce Co. ranked No. 60 on the 2015 LM150 list of the top revenue-generating firms.

“The Bruce Co.’s vision centers on growth and I can’t think of a better fit for our company than Landscape Care Co.,” said Bliss Nicholson, CEO of The Bruce Co., which is based in Middleton, Wis., and is a full-service residential and commercial landscape and construction company. 

Ten of Landscape Care’s employees joined the Bruce Co.’s staff of 350 employees. No employees lost their jobs, and the company is looking to hire, Nicholson said.

Landscape Care is known for providing landscape services for large, complicated commercial properties, Nicholson said.
