TreeTown USA acquired Village Nurseries, a specialty grower with wholesale sales offices in Orange and Sacramento, Calif., and growing facilities throughout Northern and Southern California.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With the addition of Village Nurseries, which will continue to operate under its trade name of Village Nurseries, TreeTown’s operations will encompass 16 farm locations throughout California, Texas and Florida and consist of more than 4,000 acres in production.
