Wealth Building Summit panelists revealed

WBS2Somerset Landscape CEO Brian Lemmerman, Smartlawn Franchise Systems CEO Christopher Noon and Greater Texas Landscape Services President Deborah Cole will serve as panelists at the Wealth Building Summit.

Lemmerman is the founder and CEO of Somerset Landscape, based in the Phoenix area and ranked in the Inc. 5000 with a 90 percent three-year growth rate. With operations in Arizona, Texas, Nevada and Utah, Somerset has been involved in a number of merger and acquisition transactions.

Noon is CEO of Smartlawn Franchise Systems and the former CEO of Noon Turf Care, which TruGreen acquired recently. He also is the co-author of “Dialing for Dollars in the Digital Age: The Secret Art of Making Millions Over the Phone.”

Cole serves president of Greater Texas Landscape (GTL) Services, a subsidiary of The Groundskeeper, one of the largest 100 percent employee-owned companies in the landscape services industry. She founded GTL in 1981, and it became a division of The Groundkeeper in 2008, giving her experience with mergers and acquisitions in multiple ways. The company ranks No. 21 on the LM150 list.

The Wealth Building Summit, held during the GIE+EXPO in Louisville, Ky., Oct. 21., will include panel discussions, examinations of case studies and other educational opportunities. The program is developed by Green Industry Consultants Ron Edmonds and Jeffrey Scott and is aimed at helping attendees create a plan to build wealth and expand the value of their businesses, according event organizers.
