In “When to add” from the April 2014 issue of Landscape Management, we interviewed LandOpt CEO Tim Smith, among other Green Industry experts, about how to know when it’s time to ramp up personnel.

Smith shared tips about hiring your first office manager, why to outsource the bookkeeping role and when to add an in-house designer. Additionally, he provided the following resources for contractors to use to create structure within their own organizations.
