Cultivate’15 offers landscape architecture education credits

In cooperation with the Landscape Architecture Continuing Education System (LA CES) program, AmericanHort is offering 9.25 professional development credits in the areas of health, safety and welfare at Cultivate’15, held July 11-14 in Columbus, Ohio.

In total 26 sessions have been approved with 27.75 professional development hours.

LA CES is a collaboration of the American Society of Landscape Architects, Canadian Society of Landscape Architects, Council of Educators in Landscape Architecture, Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards, Landscape Architectural Accreditation Board and Landscape Architecture Foundation.

The program establishes, maintains and enforces standards for evaluating professional development and continuing education programs for landscape architects. LA CES guides professionals in identifying courses that are appropriate for landscape architects and are offered by legitimate organizations that have controls and processes in place to monitor quality and track attendance.
