Ferrandino & Son Inc., based in Farmingdale N.Y., has hired Ryan Sklar as vice president of sales and marketing. Sklar’s previous experience includes senior sales executive positions at Nautica and Tommy Hilfiger. He also spent 9 years as the vice president of operations at Capital Contractors.
