Greenworks Commercial introduced a new 12-inch brushless top handle saw, a 25-inch self-propelled lawn mower, a battery-powered portable capstan winch, a 16- and 18-inch bike handle trimmer and an 18-inch chainsaw.

16- and 18-inch bike handle string trimmers 

The new 82TB16 and 82TB18 brushless bike handle string trimmers and brush cutters use an ergonomic-friendly design to increase maneuverability and create less stress on the arms. The 16-inch and 18-inch models both are powered by Greenworks’ 82V lithium-ion battery.

The balance and directional “steering” make the 82TB16 and 82TB18 both suited for tackling tall grasses and weeds in larger open fields and common areas. The 82TB16 and 82TB18 come standard with a brush cutter blade.

The tools won the 2019 Pro Tool Innovation Award for battery-powered string trimmers.

The 82TB16 is priced at $365 and the 82TB18 is priced at $389. Each tool comes with a two-year warranty.

Portable capstan winch

The new GS 82W1 the only battery-powered portable capstan winch in the U.S., according to Greenworks. The GS 82W1 Winch is powered by Greenworks’ proprietary 82-volt lithium-ion battery and brushless motor technology.

The 82W1MK battery-powered portable winch with accessories ($1,346.99) includes the 82V portable winch, transport bag, double braided polyester rope (⅜” x 164’), a swing side pulley (3”), two steel locking carabiners and two polyester slings (2-⅜” x 6-½’). Tool only is sold for $1,068.99.

18-inch brushless chainsaw

The GS 181 18-inch brushless chainsaw boasts a 2.5 KW motor 11,5000 RPM chain speed and is powered by Greenworks’ proprietary 82-volt lithium-ion battery and brushless motor technology.

48-inch zero turn mower

The new 82V GS RZ48R mower has a 48-inch deck and cutting heights ranging from 1.5 inches to 4.5 inches. The GS RZ48R boasts an efficiency-boosting eco mode feature that manages blade speed to extend run time when grass is less dense.

New 12-inch brushless top handle saw

The new 48TH12 48V 12-inch brushless top-handle saw is the first product in the Greenworks Commercial line to include the 21700 lithium-ion battery cells. Greenworks says this saw is 30 percent lighter, produces 50 percent less noise and 5x less vibration than gas-powered saws.

25-inch self-propelled lawn mower

The GMS 250 25-inch 82-V self-propelled brushless mower is powered by the brand’s 82V lithium-ion battery. The brushless engine is powered on with just the push of a button. Equipped with Smart Cut technology, the GMS 250 mower adjusts speed as necessary to improve performance and extend run time. The dual-port battery sequential power supply automatically switches from one battery to another, delivering as much as 1.5 hours of continuous cut time before having to recharge.

In all categories, the GMS 250 25-inch brushless self-propelled mower cuts noise levels in half.
