Redexim BV, the parent company of Redexim North America, purchased the assets of the U.K.-based BLEC Global.

The company’s products will remain under the BLEC name. Redexim will now be responsible for manufacturing and distributing more than 80 different BLEC machines throughout the world, including the U.S. and Canada.

The company is currently discussing how to handle dealer arrangements in the various countries where BLEC operates. Redexim will announce further details later in the transition process.

Founded in 1986, BLEC offers specialized landscaping and turf care machinery.
