Ruppert Landscape welcomed Luke Alexander as the estimator for its national landscape construction division.

“Luke’s appetite for knowledge, boundless energy and desire to succeed will carry him far in his position as estimator,” said Bob Jones, president of the landscape construction division. “He also has a lot of value to add to the division with his past experiences and we look forward to the contributions he will make in the years to come.”

Alexander brings more than two years of outside estimating experience to his new position. In his role as estimator, he will be responsible for verifying material costs, qualifying subcontractor quotes, calculating labor hours, capturing miscellaneous expenses and assigning preliminary margins. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in plant sciences, with a focus on landscape management, from the University of Maryland, College Park.
