SiteOne acquires Auto-Rain Supply

SiteOne Landscape Supply acquired Auto-Rain Supply, a distributor of irrigation and related products in the Spokane Valley market, with five locations in Washington and Idaho.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The transaction marks SiteOne’s sixth acquisition in 2018.
