Toro launches mobile website for landscape contractors

|

Access helpful information from anywhere with the new Toro mobile website — (m.toro.com/LCE). The site has been specifically designed for professional landscape contractors and delivers optimum performance on smartphones. The new site features a 5-day forecast and weather radar, parts and product information, dealer locator with maps and distances, Toro highlights and special offers, as well as operator training and safety tips.

“Smartphones and tablets play an increasing role in the way landscape contractors run their business,” says Ross Hawley, marketing manager for Toro. “Our customers want easy access to information that keeps their crews working, instead of sitting behind a computer screen. Our new mobile site will deliver that information in an easy-to-read, quick-loading format. There’s already a lot of great information on the mobile site,” he reveals, “and we plan to continue making additions based on the needs of contractors.”

The new Toro mobile website is not an app, so there is no need to access an app store to download updates. As Toro continues to enhance the features of the website, those updates will instantly be available to the site’s users. The easiest way to access the Toro mobile website is by bookmarking it on the home screen of a smart phone.
