Rotolo Consultants Inc. (RCI) acquired Vision Landscapes, a commercial landscape and maintenance company based in Birmingham, Ala. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

RCI ranked at No. 26 on the 2020 LM150 list with $73 million in 2019 revenue. The acquisition was completed on Sept. 30. Vision Landscapes represents the fifth acquisition successfully completed by RCI over the last three years.

Vision Landscapes, established in 1994 by owner and founder Greg McPherson, is a full-service landscape provider servicing the Southeast region.

Founded in 1978, RCI has branch offices in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and Tennessee. RCI has become one of the largest commercial landscape companies in the country with anticipated 2020 revenue of approximately $80 million and employing over 700 people in five states with 12 locations.
