Marty Grunder!Marty Grunder‘s Grow! Conference will be held on Feb. 19-21 in Tampa, Fla.

Led by Marty Grunder and other successful landscape leaders, the conference—now in its 23rd year—will include three days of programming at the Grand Hyatt and a behind-the-scenes tour of Ameriscape Services, a provider of commercial maintenance.

“The Grow! Conference is unique in that it’s led by landscape pros, for landscape pros,” said Marty Grunder, president and CEO of both Marty Grunder! (MGI) and Grunder Landscaping Co., a full-service design/build operation in southwest Ohio. “Participants get to hear from and interact directly with those who face the same challenges we all do but who have figured out how to really soar, day after day and year after year. You get real-world, real-time insight you just can’t get anywhere else.”

MGI executive coaches James Cali and Jason New will help lead the breakout sessions. Experts at growing landscape companies, their experience spans systems, culture, branding and leadership.

“We’ve got a really exciting lineup this year, with breakout sessions that take a creative approach to solving the unique problems landscape pros face, from scaling your business to finding and fostering a dedicated team to developing a right-hand man or woman who can shift reliance off the owner,” said Vince Torchia, vice president of MGI. “Whether you’re an owner or a team member looking to get better, the conference will help get you where you want to go.”

The conference will also feature:

Conference registration is $1,195 per person until Jan. 1 and $1,395 after. The VIP spots have sold out; MGI expects the 500 available spots for the conference will too.
