Heritage Landscape Supply Group acquired Florida Irrigation Supply (FIS Outdoor), an independently owned distributor of irrigation, outdoor lighting and landscape products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Founded in Orlando, Fla., in 1974, FIS Outdoor operates a network of 39 branches across the Southeast, servicing professional irrigation and landscape contractors, municipalities, golf course superintendents and other green industry professionals. The entire FIS sales and operations team will be staying with the company to run the business, which will ensure continuity and consistency for its customer and supplier partners, according to the company. Heritage will continue to operate these branches under the FIS Outdoor name.
